FARM FOOD COLLABORATIVE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

As a buyer of the Farm Food Collaborative, I hereby agree to the following terms


  1. I hereby acknowledge that I will place any orders I may have in the order window established by Farm Food Collaborative. The order window runs from Monday at 12pm until Friday at 2pm. Any orders placed after the order window has closed is left to the discretion of The Farm Food Collaborative team whether or not the order can be fulfilled. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the order will carry over to the following week (dependent on grower product availability). 
  2. I hereby acknowledge that I will receive an invoice/packing slip with my order at time of delivery. An electronic copy will also be sent to my email on file. The electronic copy of my invoice will be sent over via QuickBooks and will be broken down dependent on number of growers purchased from (example, if three different growers were purchased from, three separate invoices will be received indicating which farms the product originated from. The three invoices may then be totaled together to calculate the grand total of delivery). 
  3. I hereby acknowledge that The Farm Food Collaborative includes a 10% Collaborative Share on products received. This Collaborative Share goes directly back to The Farm Food Collaborative to cover various administrative costs. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the products ordered go directly to the grower the product was ordered from. 
  4. I hereby acknowledge that any quality issues or concerns should be directed to the Farm Food Collaborative immediately so they can mediate any issues between the buyer and grower. 
  5. I herby acknowledge that I have two weeks from date of delivery to send in payment (with invoice numbers attached) to The Farm Food Collaborative (Untimely payment effects the growers directly and not the Farm Food Collaborative). Farm Food Collaborative will send reminders via QuickBooks if payment has not been received in the two week time frame.  If payment has not been received after the reminder has been sent out, this can result in a hold of purchasing and/or loss of purchasing through The Farm Food Collaborative.  
  6. I hereby acknowledge that the Farm Food Collaborative Buyer Acknowledgement can be terminated at any time by the buyer or by the Farm Food Collaborative.
